Going for a hike is some good soulful stuff. The euphoric feeling after walking in the woods for a few hours, breathing in fresh air goes unmatched by the gym. The scenery, the sounds, the smells are something I think everyone should experience at least once a week. Hopefully, posts about my adventures in the outdoors will be enough to motivate others to enjoy it as much as I do…and also become more environmentally conscious. Enjoy.
